Finally things are getting back to normal, the UK government has now confirmed travellers travelling to Italy can  return home with no quarantine measures in place.

It has been a long time coming and we have missed dearly our hundreds of regular clients who use our fantastic services.

To give extra re-assurance we have a covid-19 policy in place for our drivers and clients.
All our cars are cleaned after every transfer and our driver will wear a mask for every transfer.

Important: Until a vaccine has been found it is a condition that all clients must wear a face mask while social distancing can not be adhered to, this is in Verona airport, in our transfer vehicles and in social places such as crowded areas.

The way we work is changing!
Due to the Corona Virus, verona-airport has decided to change its payments model to a pay driver scheme.
Why have we done this?
We feel due to the impact of such events and that events like this could happen again in the future we feel its a more sensible approach to our customers as this alleviates the need to claim refunds from travel insurances etc and also helps clients booking in advance as they can book and pay the driver directly.
How can you be assured your booking is guaranteed?
Through the booking process, you will pay a small booking fee to guarantee the transfer and then pay a discounted fare locally to your driver – its the same great 5-star service and you still get an email confirmation like you normally do but in addition to this you will now also get a text confirmation with meeting instructions.
We feel this change is good for the customer and also good for our business.



Italy has been put under a total lockdown, as the coronavirus spreads in the country.  Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte announced that he is extending restrictions already in place in the North.

The Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) advise against all but essential travel to Italy, due to an ongoing outbreak of Covid-19 and in line with various controls and restrictions imposed by the Italian authorities.  British nationals in Italy should follow the advice of the Italian authorities.

If you have a transfer booked with us then please advise us as soon as possible for any of the following.

(1) You need to cancel – due to global force majeure which are situations out of our control you will require a paid invoice for the transfer booked so this can be re-claimed from your travel insurance – please let us know if this is needed.

(2) I have a booking but need to change my dates due to Corona virus (Covid-19) – this can be done free of charge, please inform us asap so we can check availability. Please note this can include 2021 holidays
